1.Personal Data
During registration period, Sam's Rebates only collects your email address.
Sam's Rebates will send you three kinds of emails periodically. 1)Sam's Rebates
will send you email to inform when we credit you with a cash back rewards in
your Pending Cash-Back section after your purchase. 2)Sam's Rebates will send
you email to notify you about credits and debits to your account when your available
cash-back reward has exceeded $25, so we need your postal address to mail you
a check. 3)Sam's Rebates will send you email newsletters promoting coupons and
specials from the Sam's Rebates merchant base that may be of interest to you.
We guarantee that it is not "spam" and the email newsletters can be
opted out of by simply clicking on a link within each email to remove your email
address from the list.
Your postal address will be collected by Sam's Rebates when we need to mail
you a check. All postal address information is kept in the strictest confidence
in our secure database system.
Email addresses and Postal address information are never shared or sold to third-party
marketers or third-party agencies except some special conditions. Click here

2. Aggregated Information
In order to provide better, more relevant offers to you, whether it is targeted
advertising, new merchants that we think our members may like, or choosing new
partnerships, Sam's Rebates may track some aggregated information when a member
shops or visits our merchants, such as which page users access or visit, how
long users stay on one page, which product was purchased most and information
volunteered by users. All the information is collected only in aggregate or
anonymous form instead of in any personally identifiable way when it is used
for web traffic analysis and trends. Sam's Rebates only collects "personally
identifiable" information when a member requests a rebate check. That information
is not shared with any other third-party.
3. Your privacy with Sam's Rebates
Only a very limited number of Sam's Rebates staff ever have access to your personal
information. Primarily this information is accessed to provide customer service
or to mail your check.
Your username, password or any other personal information will never be asked
in an unsolicited phone call, email or letter. Any personal information you
provide will not be recorded or used for any reason beyond that of the stated
request without your consent.
4. Cookies and use of cookies
Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return.
This means you don't have to log-in again and again. Sam's Rebates will use
cookies to store information and require member to have cookies enabled in order
to accumulate cash back rewards. You may occasionally get cookies from our cash-back
affiliate merchant, which is standard in the Internet industry. Sam's Rebates
does not control these cookies, and these cookies are not subject to our privacy
policies. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies.
5.Children and Privacy
1) Individuals under 13
No information should be submitted to or posted on Sam's Rebates by users under
the age of 13 years without the consent of their parent or guardian. Sam's Rebates
does not provide any personally identifying information for users under the
age of 13, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever
unless disclosed during collection.
2) Individuals 13 through 17
Sam's Rebates requests that children under the age of 18 do not submit or post
information to the site without a parent or guardian's consent.
6. Right and Responsibilities of members
Sam's Rebates will send you periodical email newsletters on coupons and specials
from our merchant base. On every one of these emails you have the access to
unsubscribe from Sam's Rebates mail list simply. Choice of membership is yours
at all times.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining your accurate contact informaiton
in your account. You can update your account information on account page. Sam's
Rebates has no responsibility for checks that are sent to incorrect addresses
if you don't provide accurate contact information in time.
7. Links to Other Sites
Sam's Rebates contains links to sites other than Sam's Rebates and those sites
may not follow the same privacy policies as Sam's Rebates.
8. Changes to privacy policy
Sam's Rebates reservces the right to change this privacy policy at any time
and users will be notified of any changes made.
