1. How Does Sam's Rebates Make Money

Sam's Rebates is dedicated to the idea of giving our members maximum value in the form of a Check! We don't mark up prices, and we don't mark up shipping and handling charges. Nor are we a "clearinghouse" for overstock or discontinued items. By going through Sam's Rebates, you have access to the same products as when shopping directly at the store - at the regular store prices or, in some cases, at the special store deal. So how do we make money? We derive our income primarily from marketing partnerships with our merchants, as well as advertising opportunities.

2. How Soon is Cash Back Credited to My Account

Most cash back rewards are credited within 48 hours. However, it is possible for this process to take up to 30 days. Some merchants are able to report your purchase as soon as the product ships. Some merchants, however, cannot confirm your purchase until the return period for the product you have purchased has elapsed.

Once you complete your purchase, Sam's Rebates actively requests an order confirmation from the merchant so we can credit your account as soon as possible. Once the merchant finalizes the purchase details, we will immediately update your account summary.

When using coupons and specials at any of our merchants, we can only guarantee your cash back rewards with the use of coupons that are listed on the Sam's Rebates site.

3. When Do I Get My Check

Every month 1st, we cut you a Big Check for purchases posted during the previous months. But if you've earned less than $25 Cash Back, we'll carry over your money to the next check.

You have the option of receiving your Check in the mail, or you can have the money sent to you via PayPal. However, if you want to receive your money via PayPal, we require that you enter your full name and valid mailing address into your account profile for verification purposes in order to receive a PayPal payment.

3 .How can I update my account information?
Log-in to your account first. Click on the "Change Account Info" tab in the top navigation bar. One page will be leafed to show up your current account information and allow you to update any necessary information: your name, e-mail address, postal address, your password. It's simple! Three steps: 1) log-in to the Sam's Rebates website. 2) Choose a category under which you are going to purchase. The stores under this category and their coupons will be listed for you here. Searching for your favorite store is available as well. 3) Click on a link to your selected store through Sam's Rebates. 5. Do I have to do anything special when checking out of an online partner store?
No. As long as you are a logged-in member and shop on an online partner store through the Sam's Rebates web site, you will shop with Sam's Rebates.Top

6. I like to comparison shop many stores before I purchase an item. Will I still get cash-back rebates?
It's O.K. Make sure you click on the link as a logged-in member from Sam's Rebates to that online store after you search and compare your favorite products at any website you like. But if we don't provide rebates of that store, we don't guarantee any cash-back rebates.Top

7. How do I make sure I am saving as much as possible?
A percentage of rebate at one store will be shown beside that store. And the net price of product will be verified at the store where you buy your products. Thus you can calculate your saving by youself. e.g the product net price is 100$, and its rebate percentage on Sam's Rebates is 5%. It means that you could get 5$ cash-back rebate in you accout of Sam's Rebates Cash Back Rewards Program.Top

8. Where does Sam's Rebates cash back come from?
Sam's Rebates will receive sales commision from our Affiliate Merchants. But we don't take it all ourselves like most websites do. We post a good portion to our members.Top

9. Do all purchases I make at any Sam's Rebates merchant get credited by Sam's Rebates?
Purchases you make at Sam's Rebates merchant only get credited if you click to the store from Sam's Rebates as a logged-in member. If you click through Sam's Rebates and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a cash back reward. Make sure you click through Sam's Rebates every time you shop at a merchant site.Top

10. Do all purchases qualify for cash back?
Virtually every item you purchase through Sam's Rebates qualifies for a cash back reward. Sam's Rebates cannot, however, give cash back rewards for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with coupons, gift certificates or a store credit. Any purchase of products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a cash back reward. In addition, in a few cases merchants have specifically noted that they will not pay cash back rewards, Sam's Rebates will not give cash back rewards.Top

12. What is the difference between "Pending Cash-Back" and "Available Cash-Back"?
After your every purchase, your cash back rebate will be posted initially in the Pending Cash-Back section within 30 days. It is deemed as Pending "Cash-Back". Pending Cash-Back stay in a "Pending" state for approximately 60 days. If those items have not been returned and you have bought them at an affiliated store exceeding 90 days from post time, your cash back rebate will be moved to Available Cash-Back section in one week. It is called Available Cash-Back.Top

13. When and How do I request my cash-back rebates?
When your available cash-back has exceeded $25, you can request your cash-back rebates. Sam's Rebates will mail you check after your request on or around 1st every month.Top

14. When and How do I receive my cash back after I have made an order at a Sam's Rebates store?
After aprroximately 90 days, your cash-back rebates will be moved to available cash-back section of your account. (see detail in FAQ13). When your available cash-back has exceeded 25$, Sam's Rebates will inform you and ask for your postal address, then mail you check. At that time, you are eligible for request of your payment check.Top

15. Can I use Sam's Rebates if I live outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, as long as the merchant you are purchasing from will ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. Keep in mind that all Checks are paid in U.S. dollars.Top

16. Are orders placed via telephone eligible for rebates?
No. We cannot credit your account with rebates on phone orders from any merchant.Top

17. What is Paypal?
PayPal is an online payment solution with over 40 million members located in 38 countries. PayPal enables any business or individual with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.Top

18. What if Sam's Rebates doesn't offer the store I want?
We add stores, coupons, and deals on daily base to make sure our members could enjoy shopping and save big money. If Sam's Rebates doesn't offer the store you want, please give us Feed Back. We will do everything possible to add your merchant.Top

19. What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, Sam's Rebates has to reverse any cash back rewards earned from that sale.
If you make an exchange of your purchase, it is deemed as a new order. That means you order a item directly from merchant but not through Sam's Rebates. Because of this, Sam's Rebates will not get sales commission from your purchase and your cash back reward is ineligible.Top

Sam's Rebates currently works when using IE 5.5 or greater, Firefox, Safari 2.0, AOL 9.0, Netscape 7 and greater, Safari 1.0 and greater with a Windows 2000, Windows XP, Mac OSX or Linux system.Top
